Shu Dawei, also known as Dizzy Boy, hails from Hangzhou and is a former guitarist of the band Stealing Happiness. He now embodies multiple roles as an independent musician, professional recording engineer, producer, vintage shop clerk, and blogger.

His music style blends pop, retro, and R&B elements, narrating the mundane yet intriguing lives of urban men and women. With vintage synthesizers, chorus-laden guitars, and layered harmonies, he creates unforgettable melodies, weaving together influences from 1980s Japanese city pop and early 00’s Mandarin pop to evoke a dreamy summer haze. His favorite motifs include Chinese dragons and palm trees.
